The Universal Fastener is a right-angled, power-locking aluminium profile connector that can be moved. This fastener also has a very high load-bearing capacity and machining is limited to one drill hole. The profile attached using the Universal-Fastening Set can be moved along the profile groove.

As a result, the Universal-Fastener can be fitted easily to existing structures.  For specific applications, the anti-torsion pin of the Universal Fastener can be broken off at a specified breakpoint. This Universal-Fastening Set can thus also be used to secure profiles to panels, for example.

The Universal-Fastening Set is available for Lines 5, 6, 8 and 12.

Special versions of the item fastening set:

• Universal-Fastening Set 8 made from cast stainless steel

The reinforced version of Universal-Fastening Set 8 with a Universal Fastener made from cast stainless steel. As it is resistant to vibration and  temperature fluctuations, it is ideally suited for use in profile connections that are subject to these conditions.

• Universal-Fastening Set 8 bright zinc-plated version

The screw and the T-Slot Nut made of highly-resistant galvanized steel allow higher tightening torques and high loads for a secure connection.

• Universal-Fastening Set 8 stainless version

A version made entirely of stainless material (screw and T-Slot Nut) is available for use outdoors or in cleanrooms.

• Universal-Fastening Set 5 stainless version

The Universal Fastener 5/8 and 8/5 can be used to create a power-lock connection between aluminium profiles of Lines 5 and 8. It can be fitted easily to existing structures.
