Linear units as turnkey solutions
The turnkey solutions from item, which comprise coordinated individual parts that are supplied ready for installation, make it easier to build typical linear units. This cuts planning and installation costs.
Two turnkey systems are available:
- Linear Units KLE – roller guide and timing-belt drive in an extremely compact design. All drive and guide elements are enclosed and protected within the housing.
- Linear Unit KRF – the ultimate load-to-size ratio in the smallest of spaces. The criss-crossed roller guide with timing-belt drive is sturdy and torsion resistant. The slide, which is milled from a single solid block of aluminium, also enhances the system's impressive features.
Alternatively, item offers high-performance linear slides and drive elements that can be combined to create customised configurations.
Drive elements from item can be operated with a whole range of motors. Flexible couplings are available for integrating the motor of choice and even Synchroniser Shafts can be used.
